1. Now is the time to embrace technology! Find the person in your office who excels at Google and become their best friend. Right now!

2. Embrace the flexibility that working remotely provides, but don't be afraid to set boundaries. Try to set a schedule, or you could easily find yourself working all the time.

3. Expect chaos if you have kids at home. But look on the bright side - toddlers make conference calls really exciting!

4. And, of course, make sure you brush your hair before video conferencing.
