Attendees will learn about the process for setting up a visit to the center, the materials and resources that are included in the collection, additional local and state resources, and helpful tips for conducting your own family research project.

lived and worked. Join local history and family researcher John Linhorst for a presentation on Jefferson County’s lead
mining history, how he pieced together its story, and how you can use some of the
same techniques that he did to preserve your own family’s story.
